David joined Standley Systems in 2021, bringing over a decade of expertise in business and operations management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration, having studied at the University of Central Oklahoma, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, and Cameron University. David is highly skilled in process refinement with a focus on creating operational flexibility. David has a strong drive to maximize efficiency, ensuring teams are prepared for the unexpected within everyday operations. However, his true passion lies in fostering a strong sense of community and building meaningful relationships with those God places in his life.

With a background that includes pastoral leadership, David has long felt called to ministry, though his career path has continually led him back to the business world. He believes that ministry is not confined to traditional roles but can be found in daily interactions, by building community and supporting others through everyday moments, watching God work in and through us in those interactions.

While David is dedicated to professional excellence, he finds his greatest joy in his family—his wife and two sons. In his free time, David enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including hiking, running, golfing, skiing, and trips to the lake, as well as participating in recreational sports such as basketball and softball with his church. A passionate sports fan, David is a proud Sooner at heart and loves to cheer on the Oklahoma Sooners, the OKC Thunder and the Dallas Cowboys. One of his favorite times of the year is the Fourth of July, which he loves celebrating with his family, enjoying the outdoors and creating lasting memories together.
