Team Standley's Quarterly Sales Meeting Recap

Team Standley had the opportunity to spend the afternoon together as a sales team at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark for their Q2 sales meeting. During the meeting, our team had a chance to review the latest quarterly updates, diving deep into new product updates by industry leaders Kyocera, as well as discussing some new process improvements. They celebrated the second-quarter sales and recognized those who hit or exceeded their goal. The collaborative atmosphere sparked creativity and motivation among team members, setting the stage for a successful next quarter.

The meeting kicked off with each sales director delivering shoutouts highlighting their team's accomplishments and standout moments from the previous quarter. Following that, Kyocera gave out prizes through a drawing, leading into a detailed presentation on their A4 product line and updates to their applications, including scanning solutions. 

Greg and Ethan Elliott were honored to receive the Gold Partner award presented to Standley Systems by Brandie Wilkes from Kyocera during the meeting. Next up, our solutions team highlighted some improvements to our Data Collection Agent (DCA) program which helps us better serve our clients with accurate billing and supplies fulfillment. Another process improvement was introduced as well that will help streamline our paperwork process in an effort to achieve our "One Trip" initiative. 

The last half of the meeting was filled with excitement as recognitions and awards were handed out to deserving sales executives. Various categories were highlighted to acknowledge those who had met or exceeded their quarterly goals. Those awards included: 

  • Sales Executives Exceeding of Plan for Q2 Equipment Revenue 
  • Top 3 Account Executives in Revenue
  • Sales Executives Exceeding of Plan for Net New Revenue
  • Top 3 Account Executives for Net New Revenue
  • Sales Executives Exceeding Plan for Solutions Revenue
  • Top 3 Account Executives for Solutions Revenue
  • Top 3 Account Executives for Number of Deals in Q2

In addition, special recognition was given to the sales executives who had successfully implemented the order process lean project, showcasing their dedication to efficiency and excellence in their work. These team members achieved the highest first pass yield ratio in their sales paperwork.

Our CEO, Greg Elliott, closed the meeting out by sharing a brief vision for the company's future, inspiring the team to strive for even greater success in the upcoming quarter. He emphasized the importance of innovation, customer satisfaction, and teamwork in driving Standley Systems towards continued growth and success. Last but not least, the destination for the 2025 President's Club sales achievement awards trip was announced. 

Team Standley ended the day with some team bonding over OKC Dodger baseball.
