This year is off to a great start for Team Standley! In December 2023, we announced that seven of our service technicians received national recognition from Ricoh for being in the top 150 service technicians and engineers in the country and now we have another Ricoh announcement.
We are excited to announce that Standley Systems will be recognized as a Ricoh ProVision Dealer Partner for the calendar year 2024. This program is designed to recognize dealers who provide outstanding service and support in accordance with Ricoh's guidelines.
We have met or exceeded the requirements of the ProVision Program in the following areas:
- Use of Genuine Ricoh Parts and Supplies
- Hardware and Solutions Training
- Safety and Service Parts Training
- ARMs Usage and Training
- Help Desk Productivity and Efficiency
- Overall High Training GPA
