Team Standley is always looking for ways to "make it better" that doesn't just go for the services, products and solutions we sell but also for our team. We are constantly looking for ways to be better and do better for not only our clients but our team. One way we live this out is through a year long leadership academy, where Standley management teams attend half day sessions encouraging self and professional development.
The most recent session was held October 20th at Moore Norman Technology Center where John Hey gave management and team leaders specific tools and strategies to strengthen their management skills, specifically in the following areas:

- Employee Training and Development
- Team Management
- Motivation & Engagement
