Standley Systems Q1 2025 Quarterly Sales Meeting Recap

On January 23rd, our sales team got together in Richardson, Texas, for our Quarterly Sales Meeting (QSM). The vibe was fantastic—just taking a beat to reflect on the past quarter (and all of 2024), celebrate our wins, and brainstorm about what’s next. There was a great mix of fellowship, hope, and excitement as we looked back at everything we accomplished and got hyped about what we’re aiming for in 2025.
We kicked things off with Perry Hatch, our VP of Sales, giving a warm welcome and introducing some new faces to the team. Then the Sales Directors jumped in to highlight their teams' big wins, which got everyone feeling inspired and fired up. After that, it was time for the 2024 Sales Recognition Awards. These are always a highlight because we get to celebrate our rockstars with awards like Rookie of the Year, Net New Champion, Top Sales Award, and more—including the Million-Dollar Club and President's Club winners. So much well-deserved applause all around!
After a quick break to grab coffee and catch our breath, we split up for breakout sessions. These were like mini deep dives into specific areas: IT and Managed Network Services, Marketing, and Great America. Ethan Elliott, our VP of IT, shared some cool insights into how our IT operations are evolving and what’s next. Kali Mogg, our Marketing Manager, brought the energy as she walked us through our 2025 marketing plans and made sure everyone had a chance to chime in with ideas and questions. And Tina Ebnet from Great America shared how their partnership fits perfectly with our core values and helps us achieve more together.
But the cherry on top? We got to meet our new conversation coach, Dot Rhyne, who hosted an inspiring panel on how to grow and have consistently great conversations. She brought so much energy, and the panel—featuring Joshua Norman, Bryon Morrison, and Tee Hicks—was packed with actionable insights and fresh perspectives. It really got us thinking about how to level up in the way we connect with clients and each other.
Afterward, we regrouped to hear the Executive Team lay out their vision and strategies for 2025. By the end of the day, Perry wrapped things up with some final thoughts and announcements, encouraging everyone to reflect on what made 2024 great and think about how we can replicate (and build on) that success.
Honestly, the day left us all feeling fired up for 2025. Team Standley is ready to build on the momentum from 2024, take on new challenges, and make this our best year yet. Here’s to reaching new heights together! Work together, win together!
