We are thrilled to announce Carla Edwards as Employee of The Month for June for Team Standley! Carla, boasting 23 years of dedicated service, is the Sales Operations Manager at Standley Systems. Her wealth of knowledge and experience makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Her Sales Operations Manager responsibilities include managing the Sales Admin team who provides support to the sales staff. She also oversees the demo equipment and solutions in our Technology Portals. Furthermore, Carla serves as an Administrator for our CRM. When asked what her favorite part of her job is, she says she loves working with our people and improving processes.
Carla is married with two sons, aged ten and seven. Her family is active in their church, Grace Place Baptist Church. They serve on the Worship Team which involves singing and audio-visual responsibilities. She also helps with Children's ministry, teaching a pre-k Cubbies class on Wednesday nights. In her spare time, Carla loves designing photo books and calendars as gifts for her friends and family.
She also serves as an adult leader with a youth organization for girls, Oklahoma Grand Assembly, part of the International Order of Rainbow for Girls. She has done this for 30 years and currently volunteers as conference staff running sound for the annual conference.
