Team Standley is proud to announce that we have once again partnered with Chickasha High School's Intern Program for a second year. This program provides local high school seniors the opportunity to work with businesses within the Chickasha area during one class period each day to gain real life job experience. This year, Team Standley was chosen by Cade Rayburn. Cade has been working mornings as a Material Handler Intern in the Chickasha Warehouse.
During the interview process, Randi Price had a conversation with Cade to discuss Standley's, our Core Values, and the available positions. This process also included an interview experience where Randi asked Cade questions that we typically ask all candidates. Randi says she was impressed with how well-prepared Cade was for the interview, as he demonstrated a strong understanding of Standley's and asked insightful questions.
When asked why he chose Standley Systems, Cade says that we stuck out to him when he heard about us. He also noted that Standley's seems like a great, family-oriented place to work. In addition to his commitment to work and school, Cade actively participates in football and soccer for Chickasha High School. He also enjoys playing golf during his free time. Prior to joining us, Cade gained valuable job experience at Pizza Express last summer and CUBA.
