Fall 2019

We’ve been having an A-MAIZING time this fall! But really, we’ve been having such a GOURD time. Besides being really punny we’ve been busy! So what has the Standley team been up to you ask?

Xerox Training

This quarter we had the opportunity to expand our product and solutions offerings by adding Xerox production printing technologies to our portfolio. With the addition of the Xerox production line, Standley’s broadens the technology and capabilities to better serve our clients production print needs. We enjoyed a full day with Xerox at our OKC Technology Portal learning the ends and outs of our new products.

Communications and Leadership Training

At Standley Systems one of our core values is “We Embrace and Drive Change.” We understand that the world is continually progressing, and we don’t resist that change but instead welcome it. More importantly, when we change we change with a purpose to embrace new opportunities and meet emerging challenges, and our philosophy is “make it better.” This mindset guides our approach to team development as we invest in our staff with the intent to create better futures.

This quarter in alignment with our “make it better” philosophy our sales teams and our management across the company have been engaging in Brand Talkers Communication Training and Leaders by Heart Training. Communication and vision are crucial in providing relevant solutions and generous service and we have enjoyed learning how to be better communicators and visionaries.

BBQ Tours

At Standleys, our team loves three things: food, fellowship, and technology. And boy have we been enjoying a lot of all three lately! With the completion of our BBQ mobile, we have begun to travel the state indulging in food, fellowship, and technology with our communities, clients and Standley family. We even had a chance to feed and hang out with the Chickasha High School football team. Go Chicks!

Brick or Treat – Oklahoma City

Community is the fuel that keeps us going. Brick or Treat is an annual event in Oklahoma City in which children visit various businesses throughout downtown to hunt for candy. The event includes other festivities such as a free pumpkin-painting station, photos, mascots from local teams, and lots of great costumes! Standley Systems is proud to open our doors to this event each year and interact with the smiling faces of our community.

Innotech

Innotech Oklahoma is OKC’s premier IT and innovation event, held on October 22nd at the Cox Convention Center. This year marked the 14th annual event with trending topics and sessions from an array of influencers, guest speakers and industry experts. We are honored to be apart of this event each year and to be a part of the innovation in our community and state.
