Big Fred at Norman Regional Hospital Open House

Big Fred set off to the Norman Regional Open House & Family Fun Fest on Saturday, July 20, to celebrate the grand opening of their new hospital. This celebration included chips and hot dogs provided by Team Standley, games, giveaways, facility tours, a show-and-shine car display called Hotrods for Healthcare, and pet adoptions through the City of Norman.

The state-of-the-art facility boasts an enhanced Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) dedicated to providing convenient outpatient care and services, modernized Critical Care Towers, and five cutting-edge heart Cath labs tailored to the needs of cardiovascular patients. The expanded Emergency Department at Norman Regional Hospital is scheduled to open for patients Sunday, July 28, 2024. Patients will be able to start using the new Ambulatory Care Center and Critical Care Tower starting Monday, July 29.

We are deeply grateful to have participated in this celebration, as we strongly believe in the significance of giving back to our community. It was a joy to connect with people and show our support for the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to heal and care for our community.
