2024 Spirit Week Recap

Last week Team Standley celebrated our annual Spirit Week! If you don't already know, Spirit Week is something that Team Standley does every year and consists of a whole week of themed, fun filled days to celebrate Team Standley. This year our week looked like this: 

• Monday: We Build Legendary Relationships - Favorite Team Day
  Monday kicked off with Team Standley proudly showcasing their favorite sports teams through jerseys and team gear. The morning started with a delicious Chick-Fil-A breakfast, accompanied by the distribution of Standley Strong shirts to boost team spirit.
• Tuesday: We Keep You Going - Decade Day
  During Decade Day, everyone transformed into a different era to honor Standley Systems' enduring presence through the years. The Sales team sported funky socks, while the Client Care & Meters teams stirred up excitement with a banana pudding cook-off.
• Wednesday: We Delight in Generosity - Wear Green Day
  Wednesday was a day of giving and spreading joy as Team Standley donned their green attire and participated in a drawing to support organizations nominated by our team. Additionally, the Client Care & Meters teams assembled care packages to distribute at a local nursing home as part of our "We Delight in Generosity" day. To top it off, the Finance team organized an ice cream social at our Chickasha office.
• Thursday: We Deliver Relevant Solutions - Dress Like Your Favorite Executive or Manager Day
  Thursday was a day of fun and creativity as Team Standley embraced the challenge of dressing like their favorite executive or manager. Adding to the excitement, it was also National Pet Day, so everyone shared adorable pictures of their beloved furry companions!
• Friday: We Go the Extra Mile & Embrace & Drive Change - Hawaiian/Beach Day
  Activities varied across different Standley Systems locations during Hawaiian/Beach Day. From a corn hole tournament in Chickasha to chair volleyball in the south Oklahoma City office, ping pong and golf in Tulsa, watching the Masters together in Bricktown, and the Service team opting for a casual jeans day. To wrap up the week, each location had lunch together. sno-cones were also served at each location. To end the festivities on a high note, the winner of our 2024 talent show was revealed!

Standley Gives Day is our favorite day of the year. One that we've been anxiously awaiting to see who would be the recipients of a portion of the $20,000 being given away. The wait is over! We had a great time celebrating Team Standley as well as giving back to our community and we can't wait to do it all over again next year!
