It makes going paperless simple by converting your hardcopy originals into the latest Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats, as well as text searchable PDFs. With image capture, users have the capability of capturing metadata within a document in one simple step. The user takes a picture of the document, capturing the image. Once this is done, Autostore uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to read and collect metadata within your documents. Finally, Autostore routes the document to its destination.
